Exchange & Refund Policy
1) We will only do an exchange if we have sent out the wrong item or color. Kindly send an email to us at themencloset@yahoo.com.sg to request for an exchange.

2) Goods cannot be exchanged once it has been washed and/or when its information tags has been removed.

3) All exchange of goods are up to the discretion of the management. We reserve the rights to reject exchange if tampering is suspected.

4) We will not be responsible for loss of parcel when using normal postage to send your item back to us. Registered post is recommended.

5) We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. However images may slightly differ from the actual product.

6) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

7) All goods sold are non-refundable.

Shipping & Pricing Policy
8) We only accept payments via bank transfer (POSB/DBS) - Internet/ATM Fund Transfer currently.

9) Goods would be sent on every Monday and Thursday Night. Kindly allow a grace of 3-5 working days for the items to reach you.

10) There will be no Meet-Ups.

12) All our prices are Nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

13) Complimentary normal posting is included in all orders

14) Any request for registered mail will be subjected to additional cost. Please indicate under the remark portion in the order form.
